Important battery information, please read.
The battery supplied is partly charged but must be fully charged before use: at least 10 hours but no more than 20 hours.
Only use the charger supplied with the car.
The battery must be charged for approx. 16 - 20 hours before the car can be used for the first time.
The average charging time is approx. 15 hours. Do not exceed this time since otherwise the battery will be damaged.
When the product begins to slow down (in normal use) remove it and start the charging process for at least 8
hours but no more than 20 hours.
DO NOT LET IT FULLY DISCHARGE.
Again, here is a reminder
Charge the battery fully before first use, remove from use when the product starts to slow down and then fully charge
the battery again.
Is the product is allowed to run down completely, and if the battery is left discharged for a long period, (weeks) the battery will
be irrevocably damaged.
If the battery is left on charge for extended periods, more then 20 hours, it will be irrevocably damaged.
If you follow the guidelines above, your product will give you years of reliable service.
If the car is not to be used for a lengthy period or if you do not want your child to drive it without supervision,
disconnect the plug connector.
The battery should be recharged at regular intervals at least every 6 months between 5 and 8 hours, even if the car is not
used for a long period of time. |
