These vehicles are carefully designed, manufactured, tested and inspected.
Famosa the manufacturer undertake to repair or replace any part found to be defective in material or workmanship within a 6 month period free of charge.
We strongly recommend that you keep the packaging of the Powered Vehicle, should you need to return the Powered Vehicle for repair, the packaging will ensure the product arrives in a safe condition. However, should you choose to send the Powered Vehicle without any form of packaging whatsoever the Company cannot accept any responsibility for damage in transportation.

Unless goods are faulty returns are made at your expense.

After you have received the goods, you have a 7 day "cooling off " period, to change your mind, and return the goods at the purchasers expense for a full refund.

If an item is found to be faulty we pay to have the goods uplifted, and a replacement is sent, or a full refund is given.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
Deliveries will normally be made next day; following confirmation by phone, a signature will be required. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is no longer available.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, postal cheque or by telephone to 0870 300 0099. Payment will be debited to your account on or before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Rechargeonline..
If your product is lost or damaged in shipping please contact us by e-mail or telephone. In the case of non-delivery please contact us by telephone. In the case of damage please retain the product and contact us by e-mail or phone 01254 588733 within 10 days of receipt.

Order Cancellation. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel an order unless stock is unavailable.
Delivery. Delivery times are normally next day but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible. All deliveries are notified to you in advance so you will know the day the goods arrive. Deliveries booked at exact times are not possible.

This guarantee specifically excludes batteries or faults caused by accident, neglect misuse.
