St Mary’s College are going to be using our buildings during the day for the next 12 months Monday to Thursday so we are fully booked. This is likely to continue from September 2007 to July 2008. If any member or group wish to do anything in our buildings during these days it is essential that you contact Maurice Bradley to see if it is possible
From the Church meeting
As a matter of urgency, we need a retired person to help Maurice, by receiving phone calls and meeting people on the premises on a fairly regular basis, working around current users of the building. Jobs that need doing are checking the fire alarm on a weekly basis and recording in the fire book, and unlocking and locking of the premises after certain users of the premises. Other jobs will appear in the notices as and when they arise. If anybody is able to help in this capacity please speak to Maurice.
Many thanks
Maurice
